Tipperary Arts Strategy 2023-2027 Consultation Process

Tipperary County Council is developing its second Strategic Arts Plan 2023-2027.

The plan will be framed within the context of national arts policy as set out in the 2003 Arts Act Sections 6 (1) and 6 (2) Irish Statute Book and the Arts Council’s Strategy ‘Making Great Art Work’ 2016-2025 www.artscouncil.ie

The contribution of artists (in all art forms and practices), arts practitioners, arts venues, festivals, organisations and interested parties is being sought in order to fully inform the preparation of the Arts Strategy. This will assist Tipperary County Council in planning and delivering targeted arts and cultural services in the county in the period 2023-2027.

Survey
Interested parties and members of the public are invited to have their say by completing a short questionnaire which can be accessed here from the 2nd September. The closing date for completion of the questionnaire is Sunday 2 October 2022.Please take a few minutes to provide us with some feedback on how we can make Tipperary a more creative county. Let us know how you think we can best support the county's artists, arts professionals and arts organisations to deliver opportunities for participation and engagement in high quality arts and culture in county Tipperary.

This survey is designed for people whose interest in the arts is as an audience member or participant or who work in the arts in a voluntary or non-professional capacity.
